Avaya Voice Network Engineer and CallCenter Design: I have had the distinction to expand my telecommunications career in roles of Lead Voice Engineering for Avaya Enterprise platforms. I have extensive experience in various versions of Avaya enterprise call server products up to CMS R18 and CM6.3. > Multi site Call Center design: Designed call center call routing for multiple site locations that network together via the Avaya BSR application.
