Avaya Communications Manager (PBX)
Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager software is the open, highly-reliable and extensible IP Telephony foundation on which Avaya delivers Unified Communications solutions to enterprises large and small. It delivers rich voice and video capabilities and provides for a resilient, distributed network of gateways and analog, digital and IP-based communication devices. In addition, Avaya Aura Communication Manager boasts robust PBX features, high reliability and scalability, and multi-protocol support. It includes advanced mobility features, built-in conference calling and contact center applications and E911 capabilities. Communication Manager effectively scales from less than 100 users to as many as 36,000 users on a single system and to more than one million users on a single network.
Avaya Call management System (CMS)
Avaya Call Management System (CMS) is a database, administration, and reporting application designed for enterprises that receive a large volume of telephone calls and have complex contact center operations. Working in conjunction with Avaya CMS, the Avaya Call Management System (CMS) Supervisor client provides comprehensive administration and reporting capabilities using a familiar Microsoft Windows interface. With CMS, customers can view live, real-time information and see the immediate results of their adjustments. They can also use historical reports to analyze trends, establish performance benchmarks, and plan new marketing or customer service campaigns. Supervisors have access to real-time and historical reports to help them effectively manage the performance of their personnel. A powerful custom report package lets customers modify real-time and historical reports or create reports that fit their unique requirements. Extensive reporting of exceptions allows managers to quickly identify areas requiring immediate attention.
Avaya Applications Enablement Services (AES)
Avaya Aura™ Application Enablement Services is a server-based software solution that provides an enhanced set of telephony application programming interfaces (APIs), protocols, Web Services, and direct IP access to media, and supports standards such as Computer Supported Telecommunications Applications (CSTA), Java Telephony API (JTAPI) and Telephony Server API (TSAPI) that expose Avaya Aura™ Communication Manager features. This makes the full-functionality customization capabilities of Avaya communication solutions accessible to corporate application developers, third party independent software vendors (ISVs), authorized business partners, and systems integrators. All of these services are integrated into a single, secure, scalable, software application with management, redundancy and fail-over capabilities to support mission-critical business needs.
Avaya SIP Enablement Services (SES)
Avaya Aura™ SIP Enablement Services delivers rich communications, collaboration, mobility, and application integration capabilities to the enterprise. This centrally managed application provides customers with a smooth migration path into SIP-based communications with support for SIP trunking, SIP stations, Presence and Instant Messaging, and SIP-based applications such as Avaya Modular Messaging, Avaya Meeting Exchange, and Avaya Voice Portal.
Avaya Intuity Audix Messaging
INTUITY™ AUDIX® LX messaging delivers robust applications that let businesses conveniently and flexibly create and respond to messages with any combination of voice, fax, text, and file attachments. INTUITY AUDIX LX messaging gives businesses convenient access to all messages using a phone or computer whether the message is delivered through voice mail, email, or fax. Written in language of the Linux operating system, with built-in e-mail and fax messaging features, the INTUITY AUDIX LX message server delivers messaging flexibility.
