• Responsibilities encompassed four sites in Canada totaling 150 employees, three large sites in the US totaling 950 employees and four remote sites with key systems from Nortel and PBX systems from Siemens Hicom and Avaya Definity G3.
• Orchestrated all voice related events such as Moves, Adds, Changes on all sites including contracting vendors on site for remote site work.
•  Telco circuit ordering, disconnects and provisioning changes such as DID block changes, Carrier PICs, DNIS manipulation and Toll Free access or routing.
• Extensive experience was acquired in delegating responsibilities to four technicians and instructing translation techniques along with troubleshooting techniques on the Siemens Hicom300E and  Avaya Definity systems.
• Call Center design and management,  System alarm notification and rectification, backup procedures, CO analog/digital trunking and digital/analog stations including wireless handset installation.
• Reviewed cell phone accounts,  Pager accounts and MCI Calling Card accounts to reconcile thousands of dollars in recurring monthly charges for unused or unaccounted for equipment.
• Reviewed all PBX translations of ARS, UDP, AAR, DS1design and modification, Stations, Trunking, VDN, DPLN, CMS Admin, Vector design, Audix 5 voicemail maintenance and  CMS reporting for skill groups and trunk groups.
• Organized all employee trouble reports and MAC work requests via Remedy Ticketing and managed tickets in other technician ticket queues
