Performed CMS upgrade from Version 14 to version 16 and migration of another CMS R11 to the R16 version.

Assisted end users with CMS client upgrade, scripting conversions and general CMS Supervisor roles.

Assisted in large PBX upgrade from G3R to Avaya Aura CM 6.0. Performed database migration functions such as inventory, call routing verifications, documentation and conversions to take advantage of new call routing logic options. Viewed error logs to correct call routing errors and maintain consistency in call center.
